Welcome to our 2008 season in the Chrysler Theatre in the Parksville Community and Conference Centre featuring four fabulous shows. You will be pleasantly surprised with our new venue – our intimate theatre within a theatre! Season passes and individual seats are on sale now and 2008 promises to be our best season ever!

B2B’s feature 2008 production, Annie Get Your Gun, written by Irving Berlin and revised in 1999, is a fictitious story of the life of sharpshooter, Annie Oakley, and her husband, Frank Butler. Our second musical is a bright, fun and adorable family show, based on the Charles Schulz comic strip, You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown. Audiences will experience glimpses of each of the old favourite characters we have come to love.

This year also features two comedies – a hilarious show, Leading Ladies by Ken Ludwig and the clever and witty production, The Love List by Canada’s most produced playwright, Norm Foster.

This is Bard to Broadway’s 9th season and we look forward to hosting you in the comfort of our new home in the Chrysler Theatre in Parksville. Performances begin each evening at 8 pm and this summer we will add six Sunday matinees as well. The new large stage is fantastic, acoustics have been upgraded, and every seat in the Chrysler Theatre will be perfect – we promise you won’t miss a thing!
